Young at Heart

     Join us for lunch on Tuesday, November 7, in Fellowship Hall.  This is a hot, catered lunch served at 12:00 Noon.  Reservations are needed and you can sign up using the Reservation Form found in the pew racks or by calling the church office at 747-4406.  Blood pressure readings are taken at 11:30 AM.  Following lunch there will be a program on safe body mechanics and fall prevention.  Remember to bring a friend. 

     Monday, November 20, we are going to Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa, one of the areas best kept secrets.  They have added a lot of new areas including a 4.5 acre Australian exhibit with kangaroos and wallabies.  There is now a tram ride behind the scene look at Safari Africa and a one hour Eco-tour Boat tour.  We will leave the church at 9:00 AM.  Reservations for this trip are needed by November 7.

     Christmas is coming sooner than we think.  The Edison and ForD Homes in Ft. Myers will be decorated for the season with over a million lights throughout the gardens and homes.  On Friday, December 8, we will go to see the lights after a feast at the Portafino Restuarant in Port Charlotte.  We will leave at 2:15 PM.  Reservations are needed by November 12.
